BLOOD DRIVE-9/9
Tomorrow is our first blood drive of the year. Holy Cross is known for its great participation in this life-giving service. Students 16 and over as well as parents, alumni and friends are welcome to participate. Come by the Convocation Center on Wednesday Sept 9 between 8:30 and 1:30 to give this critical gift of life.
(16 year olds need a signed parent permission form to donate.)
ATTENTION SENIOR PARENTS- SENIOR MEETING ON 9/9
There will be a Senior Class parent’s meeting tomorrow, Wednesday, September 9th at 6:00 p.m. in the school cafeteria. Parent’s will be meeting with Mrs. King and Mr. Vasquez regarding College Preparedness, Senior Ski Trip, and Senior Retreat.

*Click on “Create New ParentsWeb account.”
*Check your email address for an email from RenWeb that contains your temporary password.
*Once you receive your temporary password, go back to “Parent Login” on the www.holycross-sa.org website.
*Type in your email address for the USERNAME and the temporary password you just received.
*Then click “Parent” and “Login.”

2015 GUPPY CAMP-For Incoming 6th Graders
When: Tuesday, August 11th
Time: 8a.m. – 2p.m.
Where: Holy Cross Library
Arrive in mass attire.
Boys: White, long sleeve button-up shirt, navy or khaki pleated pants, penny loafers or dress shoes, a belt, and the Holy Cross tie.
Girls: Plaid skirt, white collared blouse, navy tie, knee high socks, and penny loafers or oxford shoes.
The 6th graders will receive a Guppy Camp T-shirt in the afternoon. Please call the front office by Friday, July 31st at 210-433-9395 to provide your t-shirt size if you haven’t done so.
Pizza, fruit, and soda or water will be provided for lunch. Bring jeans and tennis shoes to change into.
ATTENTION ALL MIDDLE & HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL PLAYERS
Football practice will begin Monday, August 3, 2015. Please, bring Physicals, if complete, running shoes and black cleats. Dress for Middle School will be Navy or white T shirt & Navy shorts until spirit packets are purchased. (Please contact Mike Harrison for spirit pack pricing).

PARENT VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY
We are in need of parent volunteers on Saturday, July 25th to help paint Holy Cross. We will be meeting in front of the school at 8:00a.m. If volunteers could please bring their own ladders that would be a big help to our school.

HOLY CROSS OF SAN ANTONIO- DRESS CODE
Dress Code
Our dress code has remained the same as the 2014-2015 year. Please click the picture below which contains pictures of acceptable shoes for students to wear. Please avoid purchasing Sperry’s or any type of shoe that does not directly fit the description of a “dress shoe” as listed in the handbook. For more information, please refer to the Student Handbook (found on the website – pages 17-18, 2014-2015 Dress Code) or call Mr. Angel Cedillo or Ms. Molly Calderon.
UNIFORMS
Most of the uniform items that are needed can be purchased in the Holy Cross Business Office. The HC Business Office hours are from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m., Monday through Friday during the summer. Any items not sold in the HC Business Office can be purchased at Dennis Uniform. Their address is 431 Isom Rd, San Antonio, TX 78216. Their regular hours of operation are from Tuesday through Friday, 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Saturday, 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Their phone number is (210) 366-2003.
