Please note that the Alumni Association Meeting is set for July 25, 2013 at 7 PM in the Cafeteria.

Here is a preliminary agenda:

· 2013 Softball Tournament Results

· By laws – Officers election October 2013 / Terms and succession

· Communication and Web site

· Events – President’s Blue & Gold Gala 2013 (Sept. 21), Golf Tournament, Khaki Plaid, Softball 2014

· Fund Balance – Draft policy, reserve, uses – 50% academics / extra-curricular activities & 50% infrastructure

· Marketing – Assign committee for golf and softball tournaments

· Calendar – set quarterly meetings (July, October, January, and April)
