Holy Cross Student Parking Permits
Parking permits will be available to sale for all seniors starting 07/27/15 then open to all other grades on 08/03/15.
Parking spaces are on a 1st come 1st serve.
Due to limited parking spaces -no reservations/hold will be taken.
Cost of parking is $ 90.00 for the Academic Year

ACADEMIC YEAR 2015-2016
Class schedules for the academic year 2015-2016 are now available and can be viewed on Ren Web. All students should report to their assigned 1st period class on the 1st day of instruction. If you believe there is an error in your schedule, such as the examples listed below, please click on Schedule Change Request Form to submit a change.
There are some student schedules being reviewed and edited for accuracy prior to the 1st day of instruction. Student schedules are subject to change and should be reviewed the day of August 12th to make sure you have the most current and up to date schedule for the first day of school.
If you believe there is an error on your schedule, please click on Schedule Change Request Form to make a change. Forms are also available at the front office. Completed forms can be dropped off at the front office. All requests will be reviewed and processed as soon as possible.
Parents or guardians will be notified regarding any unapproved requests. Students should follow their current assigned schedule until a change has been processed. Please submit your request prior to the 1st day of school. Requests submitted August 3-6 will be processed prior to the first day of school.

2015 GUPPY CAMP-For Incoming 6th Graders
When: Tuesday, August 11th
Time: 8a.m. – 2p.m.
Where: Holy Cross Library
Arrive in mass attire.
Boys: White, long sleeve button-up shirt, navy or khaki pleated pants, penny loafers or dress shoes, a belt, and the Holy Cross tie.
Girls: Plaid skirt, white collared blouse, navy tie, knee high socks, and penny loafers or oxford shoes.
The 6th graders will receive a Guppy Camp T-shirt in the afternoon. Please call the front office by Friday, July 31st at 210-433-9395 to provide your t-shirt size if you haven’t done so.
Pizza, fruit, and soda or water will be provided for lunch. Bring jeans and tennis shoes to change into.
MIDDLE SCHOOL PHYSICAL FORM
All student athletes must have a physical form on file to begin participating in any school sports.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED ON 8/15
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY
We are in need of parent volunteers on Saturday, August 15th to help till and seed the grotto area with horse herb seed. We will be meeting in front of the school at 8:00a.m.
If someone would like to donate the horse herb seeds that would fantastic!

ATTENTION ALL VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS-IMPORTANT TRYOUT INFORMATION
There will be MANDATORY Volleyball tryouts for all those who are interested in joining the 2015-2016 volleyball teams this year.
DATE: Monday, August 3rd
TIMES: 10th-12th Grade Tryouts: 12:00 a.m. (Midnight)-1:30 a.m.
9th Grade Tryouts: 3:30 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
10th-12th Grade Tryouts: 5:30p.m.- 8:00 p.m.
*** All interested volleyball players MUST have a physical on file in order to tryout, no exceptions!
*** Please wear a Holy Cross t-shirt, spandex shorts, socks, and court shoes to the tryouts.
