CROSS COUNTRY MEETING FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL PARENTS

Holy Cross Middle School Parents,

There will be a meeting Tuesday, September 6th at 5 p.m. for all middle school parents interested in participating in Cross Country. The meeting will be held on the football bleachers adjacent to the old gym. All interested will meet the coach to discuss the season and practice schedule.

If students are interested in participating in any Holy Cross Middle School sports, a current middle school physical form must be on file before students can participate in any practice sessions. Physicals are valid for one year and must be taken annually if students wish to continue to participate in sports while at Holy Cross. If you wish to visit your primary physician, please pick up an AIAL middle school physical form from the school front office.

Please feel free to drop off the completed physical form to the front office. I recommend you keep a copy of the physical for your records and please email me once you have submitted the completed form to the front office.

Thank you,

Vincent Padilla

Middle School Athletic Director
