PENA RECEIVES AWARD FROM THE SAN ANTONIO QUARTERBACK CLUB

Congratulations to Joseph Pena’17, he was awarded the Lineman of the Year Award from the San Antonio Quarterback Club. Joseph is the first ever private school student to receive this award.

This past Saturday, February 11th the Brother of The Congregation of Holy Cross, Moreau Province and Holy Cross of San Antonio signed a Memorandum of Understanding granting sponsorship to Holy Cross of San Antonio. As President of Holy Cross Community Services, Brother Stanley Culotta co-signed the M.O.U. This officially means we are sponsored by the Brothers of The Congregation of Holy Cross! SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY FOR INCOMING FRESHMEN

St. Joseph’s Society is offering two $1,000 scholarships to incoming freshman. If awarded you can renew the scholarship award of $500 provided that the child meet certain criteria. You have to apply to Hope for the Future and then you can apply online to St. Joseph’s Society Hall. Please click on the link below.

A huge thank you goes out to all who helped and supported this years Super Bowl Man Cave Raffle.

On Friday, February 3rd, Brother Stanley pulled three lucky winners:

1st Prize: Bill Lloyd

2nd Prize: Liz Ozuna

3rd Prize: Marci Montes

Additionally, a BIG thank you goes to Mr. and Mrs. Bill Lloyd. They asked the Alumni Association to keep the 1st prize and use those funds to award more student scholarships.

SENIOR DAISY FLORES SIGNS WITH CEDAR VALLEY COLLEGE TO PLAY VOLLEYBALL

This morning, Miss Daisy Flores, Class of 2017, signed her commitment letter to attend and play volleyball at Cedar Valley College located in Lancaster, Texas in southern Dallas County.

Miss Flores will be playing Libero for Cedar Valley College in the Fall.

On her official signing day, Miss Flores was accompanied by her volleyball coach, Coach Ruben Calderon, Mr. Henry Galindo, Principal, the volleyball team, her parents and family.
