VOLUNTEERS NEEDED 2/27/16

Dear Holy Cross Community,

We are in need of volunteers to help this Saturday, February, 27th at the Powerlifting Meet. We need help anytime between the hours of 7 a.m.-5 p.m. There will be about 28 schools in the Powerlifting Competition and about 400 + lifters.

DATE: Saturday, February, 27, 2016

TIME: 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

LOCATION: Holy Cross Convocation Center

BEREAVEMENT OF DEACON PEDRO C. CASTILLO

In your prayers please remember Deacon Pedro C. Castillo who died on Monday, February 22, 2016.  Deacon Castillo is the father of Pedro N. Castillo, Class of 1985 and Elisa Guerra, Business Office Manager.  He is the grandfather of Dominic Hernandez, Class of 2005 and Cameron Castillo, Class of 2019.

EARTH DAY SERVICE EVENT-VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

The event is from 9am to 2pm but they will need volunteers at 8am so they can set up their booth and then will be ready to work at 9am. For additional information, please contact Ms. Aida Manganiello at aida.manganiello@holycross-sa.org

Volunteers needed:

Setup Assistant:

1 person

  • 6:30 am – 8:30 am & 1:45 pm – 2:30 pm

1 person to report to me to check out tables and chairs, help vendors carry items to their booth location and anything I might need help with.

Raffle Booth:

3 people for each of the following shifts:

  • 8am – 11am
  • 11am – 2pm

Tee Shirt Booth:

3 people for each of the the following shifts:

  • 8am – 11am
  • 11am – 2pm
