ATHLETIC BANQUET TICKET INFORMATION

Attention Parents,

2015-2016 Athletic Banquets are scheduled for Tuesday, May 3rd (Middle School) and Wednesday, May 4th (High School) at 6 pm in the Holy Cross Convocation Center.  All tickets are $10 each and students, that are being recognized, are complimentary.

In order to better prepare for this year’s event and to ensure that everyone has a great experience, we are ONLY offering PRE-SALE tickets and tickets WILL NOT be sold at the door.  The Booster Club are selling tickets every Wednesday in front of the weight room from 5 pm – 6:30 pm.

If you absolutely cannot attend one of the days that we will be selling (April 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th), please contact Maxine Gonzalez at 210-415-3786 to make special arrangements for purchase.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED 2/27/16

Dear Holy Cross Community,

We are in need of volunteers to help this Saturday, February, 27th at the Powerlifting Meet. We need help anytime between the hours of 7 a.m.-5 p.m. There will be about 28 schools in the Powerlifting Competition and about 400 + lifters.

DATE: Saturday, February, 27, 2016

TIME: 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

LOCATION: Holy Cross Convocation Center

Battle of Flowers Band Festival Order Form

The Holy Cross Band and Color Guard will, once again, participate in this year’s Band Festival. The event will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at the SAISD Alamo Stadium. The Prelude is at 6:30 p.m. and the Festival begins at 7:00 p.m.

Tickets will be pre-ordered for everyone interested in attending. The cost is $9 each and wheelchair seating is available for $18 for 2 people. All order forms will need to be turned in with the money (cash only) by Tuesday, January 12th to either Manny Gonzalez, Band Director or Melissa Covarrubia, Holy Cross Booster Club Secretary.

2015 Annual Booster Club BBQ Plate Sale 9/26

The Holy Cross Athletic Booster Club is looking for volunteers to donate items and or assistance with serving on the day of the Annual Booster Club BBQ Plate Sale on Saturday, September 26th.

The Booster Club will be selling tickets and collecting money on Wednesday, September 9th and 16th in front of the weight room from 5-7 p.m.

ATTENTION – ALL MIDDLE & HIGH SCHOOL FAMILIES!!
Please join us tomorrow, Thursday, August 13th @ 6pm
in the Holy Cross Convocation Center for our PARENT ORIENTATION!!
Make sure to bring your child’s schedule, as you will be visiting each class your child attends.

*Meet all your child’s teachers and review their class schedules
*PTC will be signing up for volunteers & selling t-shirts
*Athletic Booster Club will be selling HC Spirit items
*Chica Girl Magazine will be selling socks that are uniform approved (a portion of the proceeds benefit Hope for the Future)
*Kym’s Kids will be making a short presentation about their organization that awards college funds for student volunteer hours
*Student picture order forms are due (Student pictures were taken during the student orientations)
If you do not have your child’s schedule, one will be provided.
