MIDDLE SCHOOL FOOTBALL FUNDRAISER- SPIRIT POM POMS

The Middle School Football Team is having a Pom Pom Spirit Sale Fundraiser. Shake your pom poms to pump up the crowd and cheer on your team!

Today, Friday, September 11th there will be a representative selling the spirit Pom Poms near the Cafeteria breezeway at noon. They will also be for sale tonight (9/11) at the Volleyball game in the Holy Cross Convocation Center from 4-7 p.m.

SAISD Tournament – CHAMPS!

Smithson Valley Tournament – Bronze CHAMPS!

And now you can add the Saint Mary’s Hall Tournament to the list.

Henrianna Ibarra was named Tournament MVP.

Victoria Gonzalez was named All Tournament.

The team is currently 25 – 6 overall, 3-0 in district. What a great season so far! Keep up the fantastic work girls!

VARSITY VOLLEYBALL WINS 1st PLACE IN THEIR DIVISION AT THE MIZUNO SHOWCASE

Congratulations to our Knights Volleyball team, they defeated Madison High School 26-24, 25-20 to take home 1st place in the Bronze Division at the Mizuno Showcase this weekend.

Our volleyball team followed up last week’s championship run in the Harlandale Tournament with another first place finish in the SAISD Tournament! Our Knights beat Donna, Jefferson, Wagner, South San, McAllen, and Schertz JPII to take the trophy. The team is currently 13-1 overall and 1-0 in district.

Henrianna Ibarra and Victoria Gonzalez were named to the All-Tournament team.

ATTENTION ALL VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS-IMPORTANT TRYOUT INFORMATION

There will be MANDATORY Volleyball tryouts for all those who are  interested in  joining the 2015-2016 volleyball teams this year.

DATE: Monday, August 3rd

TIMES: 10th-12th Grade Tryouts: 12:00 a.m. (Midnight)-1:30 a.m.

9th Grade Tryouts: 3:30 p.m.-5:00 p.m.

10th-12th Grade Tryouts: 5:30p.m.- 8:00 p.m.

*** All interested volleyball players MUST have a physical on file in order to tryout, no exceptions!

*** Please wear a Holy Cross t-shirt, spandex shorts, socks, and court shoes to the tryouts.

ATTENTION ALL MIDDLE & HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL PLAYERS

Football practice will begin Monday, August 3, 2015. Please, bring Physicals, if complete, running shoes and black cleats. Dress for Middle School will be Navy or white T shirt & Navy shorts until spirit packets are purchased. (Please contact Mike Harrison for spirit pack pricing).

Middle School Practice: M-F 6:30 am-8:00am

High School Practice: M-F  6:30 am-8:00am & 3:30 pm-6:30pm
