Sleeping Bag Weekend gives high school seniors the opportunity to spend the night on campus with current St. Mary’s students, have dinner on the Riverwalk, tour campus, sit in on classes and hang out with new friends. It’s a personal and fun way to catch the St. Mary’s experience!

St. Mary’s will host three events per calendar year: one in the fall and two in the spring. Online registration is required and will be available one month prior to the event.

Registration is open to high school seniors who have applied and preferably have been admitted into St. Mary’s University.

For more information, contact the Office of Admission at 210-436-3126, 1-800-367-7868 or uadm@stmarytx.edu.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY: PARENTS AND STUDENTS

Day: Wednesday, October 7, 2015

Time: 4:00 pm

Location: Enrollment Office, Room 8

In a few short weeks we are hosting 8th grade tours. During that time, we will have 500+ students come and visit Holy Cross, tour our campus and decide whether or not Holy Cross is the right place for their high school career. Each student who visits gets a care package (HC bag filled with chips, cookies and a drink) as well as recruitment materials.

The Advancement and Enrollment Department requests help from students, parents and alumni to accomplish the following tasks:

  • Taking off labels of 600 water bottles and placing a special made HC label in its place.
  • Each student gets a folder with information regarding how to apply, curriculum and extracurricular information – the folders need to be put together
  • The goodie bags need to be stuffed with all of the give-away items
  • Items need to be separated by school and amount of students

Snacks will be provided.

If you are available to help, please call or email
