2014 Catholic Life Sweepstakes $5.00/ticket

Dear Holy Cross Families,

Holy Cross of San Antonio is participating in the Catholic Life Sweepstakes raffle. Here are some helpful tips and information.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

QUESTION: CAN I SELL TICKETS?

ANSWER: Yes, enrolled families at Holy Cross can participate by selling the raffle tickets.

QUESTION: HOW DO I GET MY TICKETS?

ANSWER: Twenty (20) tickets (or $100.00 worth) can be issued to you at the Parent Orientation Events: 8/12 Middle School or 8/13 High School. Each ticket is $5.00.

QUESTION: WHAT IS THE BENEFIT TO MY FAMILY?

ANSWER: For every $100.00 worth of tickets sold, you can apply $90.00 toward your child’s tuition at Holy Cross of San Antonio and $10.00 goes to the school adm. costs. Additional tickets can be issued by the Office of Advancement & Public Relations once you sell your first 20 tickets by showing your receipt of deposit from the Business Office.

QUESTION: WHAT IS THE DEADLINE?

ANSWER: All funds and ticket stubs will be due by Wed., Jan. 7 end of business day.

QUESTION: WHAT ARE THE PRIZES?

ANSWER:

Grand Prize includes choice of:

2015 Ford F-150 Truck or 2015 Ford Fusion Sedan or $20,000 Prepaid VISA Credit Card

Secondary Prizes:

(15) $1,000 Prepaid VISA Credit Cards

(20) $500 Prepaid VISA Credit Cards

(2) $250 Prepaid VISA Credit Cards

QUESTION: WHEN WILL THE DRAWING BE?

ANSWER: Drawing to be held Friday, January 30, 2015 at the Catholic Life Insurance Headquarters in San Antonio, Texas

Parents,

Parents, if you need to update your home address, telephone number(s), emergency contact information, medical information, or email address, you may now do so via your RenWeb ParentsWeb. We request that everyone to login and verify that all of your information is correct and to update any information that is incorrect or outdated.

To verify and update your information, simply follow the instructions below.

1.      Login to your RenWeb ParentsWeb

a.   Our district code is HCR-TX

2.      Once you have logged in, under School Information you will see an option for Web                   Forms. Click that hyperlink.

3.      A single option will appear which directs you to “CLICK HERE to update your Family                 Demographic Form”. Click that hyperlink.

4.      At this point, all of your demographic information will be available to verify and update. Simply click on each tab and view your current information and if you need to update anything, delete the previous text, type in your updated information and click Save at the bottom of the form.

5.      You may repeat this step for each section.

6.      Sections to update include:

a. Student Demographic Form

b. Student Medical Form

c. Custodial Parent Form

d. Emergency Contacts

e. Transportation Form (Not Applicable for HC)

f. Grandparent Information Form

Once you have updated your information and clicked Save, you may exit RenWeb. A notification will be send to the school administration and your information will be updated.

It is VERY important that we have an accurate email address and cell phone number for all contacts because the majority of our communication is sent via email and text alert.
