On Fri., Oct. 11, Holy Cross of San Antonio’s Cheer Team presented a check in the amount of $312.00 to Any Baby Can. Any Baby Can of San Antonio is a non-profit agency and all services are free of charge – regardless of income – to families who have a child birth through 12 years with a chronic illness, disability, developmental delay or health risk that live in Bexar County and beyond.
The Cheer Team each year helps to raise funds for a local charity through special fundraisers.
Frances Ramirez, Any Baby Can Parent Trainer, said, “It’s because of the Holy Cross Cheerleaders — who I call guardian angels — that 250 Any Baby Can children can enjoy holiday treats on Halloween. They’re making a difference in their lives.”
