  1. Since this is a big game, serious thought should have been made to move this game to another site with ample seating. It seems the only one benefiting in this is Central. Who cares if they have a “new field?” TAPPS, UIL and anyone else in the right frame of mind, should have come to realize that this was not acceptable. Our boys have come a long way, and to this date we still don’t get respect. Maybe we just have to take care of it on the field on Friday…..”GO KNIGHTS!”

    • Mr. Martinez, It’s true that it’s going to be a bit crowded at the game on Friday, but I’d rather look at the positives:
      1. It’s going to be a great game.
      2. It’s Holy Bowl. No matter where the game is played, our boys will be playing harder and with more passion than they’ve ever played.
      3. The buzz of excitement and anticipation throughout the stadium will be palpable. What a great atmosphere for high school football.
      4. What a great opportunity to make lasting memories for coaches, players, and fans.

      I’m with you.
      GO KNIGHTS!

  2. With all that info, thanks BTW, it seems it would have been easier just to go out and rent a bigger stadium with more parking. I’m surprised that the KSAT 12 studio parking isn’t an option.

    Go Knights!!! Lance the Buttons!!!

  3. It was a fun eve. , the boys played hard and that’s all that matters. At the end of the day we still know which school is at the top!!! Holy Cross has paved the way for all kids in our west side. Good games guys, there is always next year. It was good to see many old friends. Erik Chagoy ’99
