Holy Cross Community Services is a 501 (c)(3) charitable umbrella organization which sponsors various projects and programs including Holy Cross Family Medical Center and Holy Cross of San Antonio located in the heart of San Antonio’s Westside, a highly underdeveloped and underserved region of the city and county.
HOLY CROSS COMMUNITY SERVICES
The mission of Holy Cross Community Services shall be to carry on religious, charitable, literary, health, health-related, and education works consistent with the spirit and teachings of Christianity and the Catholic faith, including (without limitation) the operation of a Catholic school.

Holy Cross of San Antonio is considered, “The Light in the Westside,” with distinguished graduates who serve as judges in federal and county courthouses, lawyers, doctors, engineers, and educators.

Holy Cross of San Antonio is an independent, Catholic coeducational college preparatory middle and high school serving the metropolitan San Antonio Area – especially the city’s west and south sides – founded on the Congregation of Holy Cross tradition, which strives to develop well rounded students to become productive citizens by striving toward the ideals of Blessed Basile Moreau, founder of the congregation of Holy Cross, “While we prepare useful citizens for society, we shall likewise do our utmost to prepare citizens for eternal life.”

Guided by the Mission Philosophy of the Congregation of Holy Cross, Holy Cross Family Medical Center was founded to facilitate and encourage the availability of health care in San Antonio’s medically underserved Westside. Services are to be provided in an atmosphere of acceptance and respect that emphasizes the dignity of each person.
